It has been a profound blessing in my life.
As a retired Master Counselor ‘Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor,’ I specialized in gambling addiction and collaborated with fellow mental health professionals to treat co-occurring disorders. My clinical practice centered on evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. I have since augmented this extensive clinical foundation with a Master of Arts in Theology and Social Justice. By synthesizing these two distinct disciplines, I aim to translate my professional understanding of addiction and recovery into the theological framework of sin and restorative grace within this project.
